In 2008 she was working in a quarter cubicle in the cancellation department of an insurance company. It was definitely one of those jobs that helped her figure out what she didn’t want to do with the rest of her life. She jumped at the opportunity to come to RMS to work as a sales assistant and help customers through the process of becoming certified to accept FSA cards.
All these years later, She's happy that she made the leap. Sales evolved into project management which eventually became customer service management. From there the Customer Success department was born, with the goal of making sure their customers get everything they need from their RMS partnership. While all of this was happening, she was also writing their weekly blog, and dipping her toes into the marketing side of RMS. And while she had imagined myself working as a Customer Success Manager for years (and years and years) to come, she eventually accepted a full time marketing role in 2020.
