Veronica Plance has extensive work experience in the retail imaging industry. Veronica started their career at Fred Meyer in 1997 as a Photo Lab Supervisor. In 2002, they joined Retail Imaging, where they quickly advanced to the role of Training Development Director. In this position, they were responsible for creating training materials and manuals for photo lab equipment. Veronica then transitioned to the role of Training & Marketing Manager, where they worked closely with clients to promote new services. Veronica's career at Retail Imaging continued to progress, and they eventually became Vice President of Account Management. In 2012, they were promoted to the position of President & Chief Operating Officer, and later became the President/CEO. As the President and Owner, Veronica led the company in providing creative service solutions and establishing long-term relationships with nationwide clients.
Veronica Plance pursued their higher education journey with utmost dedication and successfully attained a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Willamette University, between 2011 and 2013. Focusing on Business Administration and Management, they acquired a strong foundation in the field. Prior to this, from 1996 to 2000, Veronica completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with High Honors at Portland State University. During their undergraduate studies, they delved into the subjects of Communications and Psychology, enabling their to develop a well-rounded understanding of these areas.
