Andrew Wallace is an experienced professional currently serving as the Switching Programme Implementation Manager at the Retail Energy Code Company since September 2021. In this role, Andrew is involved in delivering fast and reliable consumer switching as part of Ofgem’s Switching Programme, with a focus on developing policy, ensuring design integrity, and conducting industry impact assessments. Prior to this position, Andrew held the role of Transition Manager at RECCo beginning in June 2020, and previously worked for Ofgem for 25 years, concluding as a Senior Manager in June 2020.
