As the chief executive officer of ResultsCX, Rajesh determines company strategy and guides decision-making across every functional area of the organization. An advocate of people-centricity when operating in a multi-cultural, multi-geographic environment, Rajesh believes people development investments and a culture of high performance are key to achieving excellence and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Rajesh recently led the entrepreneurial venture Nexting Advisors, which focused on deep tech CX for global organizations. Previously, as Managing Director and CEO of Firstsource Solutions, he played a pivotal role in charting a new course for the organization while driving strategic and corporate initiatives globally. Rajesh guided their metamorphosis from a traditional BPO to a world-class BPM organization during the disruption in customer expectations and engagement models driven by technology. Earlier, he headed Walden International, the first Silicon Valley-based venture firm to establish a presence in India, and led investments in outsourcing firm Quattro BPO, CoOptions, and BankBazaar.com, while serving on the board of Mindtree Ltd. Part of the Firstsource co-founding team in 2001, Rajesh is a Commerce graduate from Madras University in India and holds an MBA degree from Richmond College, London.
