Kim Timbol has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at ResultsCX since September 2014, and previously holding the role of Human Resources Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes working as an HR Business Partner at NCO Group from September 2011 to August 2014 and as Lead, Site HR Employee Relations at Aegis PeopleSupport from August 2005 to May 2011. Kim Timbol earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus on Natural Resource Economics from the University of the Philippines between 2000 and 2004, and is currently pursuing further education at the same institution.
