Heather Soots has a diverse work experience in the senior living industry. Heather began their career at Integrated Health Services as an Administrator/JCAHO Coordinator, where they successfully achieved JCAHO certification for a sub-acute unit in a skilled nursing facility. Heather then moved on to Extendicare Inc., where they served as an Administrator for a skilled nursing facility, completing their Florida-mandated 1-year AIT program and becoming licensed as a nursing home Administrator. Heather then worked at American Senior Communities as an Executive Director and Case Mix Specialist, before joining Trilogy Health Services, LLC as an Executive Director. Heather later returned to American Senior Communities as an Executive Director once again. Most recently, Heather served as the Chief Operating Officer at MyShyft (formerly RestUp). Throughout their career, Heather has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on community operations and occupancy development.

Heather Soots holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science/Criminology from the University of Florida. The specific dates of their education are not provided.
