Justine Perpina possesses extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Cheffe de cuisine at RESTORIA since November 2019. Prior to this, Justine held the position of Responsable restauration at Puy du Fou from April 2019 to October 2019, overseeing the dining operations for the steam train in Mortagne sur Sèvre. Justine also has a strong background in restaurant management, having worked as Cheffe de cuisine at Hôtel Kyriad Cholet from January 2016 to April 2019 and at Le Marengo restaurant from March 2013 to January 2015.
