Aarti Shah is an experienced Senior Program Manager with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Currently at RH since February 2022, Aarti has also held senior positions at Albertsons Companies and Splunk, where responsibilities included overseeing the delivery of software roadmaps, developing metrics for team performance, and enhancing agile practices. Prior experience includes serving as PMO Lead at Facebook, establishing project management standards for the Global Security Department, and managing multi-million dollar projects at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Aarti's earlier roles encompassed project coordination at First Republic Bank, operations management at JPMorgan Chase, and branch management at Wells Fargo. Aarti holds a degree from San José State University.
