In 2022, they transitioned to the role of a Business Development Representative at Rose Rocket, where they trained and mentored new team members and effectively utilized CRM and sales tools. After that, Cooper worked as an Outbound Sales Representative at Loopio before joining Restaurant365 as a Business Development Team Lead in 2023.
