Lee Schiller serves as the Vice President of Field Operations at Restaurant Technologies since January 2025. Prior to this role, Lee held various leadership positions at Penske Logistics from September 2016 to January 2025, including Vice President of Operations, where oversight included a team of 2,300 and management of a $330 million P&L. Lee also served in the U.S. Army from July 2007 to July 2016, attaining the rank of Commander at the Watervliet Arsenal and overseeing substantial operations and logistics initiatives. Education credentials include an MHA from Baylor University, a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, and a BA from McDaniel College, along with a certificate in Logistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
