Martin Bouffard, CRIA has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Directeur RH at Restaurant Normandin since July 2006. In this role, Martin is responsible for leading the recruitment team, supporting the staffing process for employees and managers across all restaurants and divisions within the Groupe Normandin. Key responsibilities include strategic workforce planning and providing support for labor relations with management. Prior to this position, Martin was a recruiter at Réno-Dépôt from January 2006 to July 2006. Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Université Laval (2002-2005) and a Technical degree in Administration with a focus on Management from Collège François-Xavier-Garneau (1999-2002).
