Nathaniel French has extensive experience in the culinary arts, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Noma since August 2013, where previous roles include Executive Assistant, Sous Chef, and Chef De Partie. Prior to this, Nathaniel held the position of Sous Chef at Steel and Rye from September 2012 to July 2013 and completed prestigious internships at Noma, Asador Extebarri, and Mirazur in early 2012. Nathaniel's career began as Chef De Partie at Parson's Table from May 2010 to November 2011. Academically, Nathaniel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and studied at Harvard Extension School from September 2020 to December 2022.
