Eric Parsons serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Global Brands at Restaurant Brands International since September 2021. In this role, Eric collaborates with Brand Presidents and the Executive Team to enhance HR functions for major brands including Tim Hortons, Burger King, and Popeyes. Prior to this, Eric held several leadership positions at Domino’s Pizza, Inc., where responsibilities included integrating HR strategy on a global scale and optimizing the HR function to support over 10,000 team members domestically. Eric's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University and executive training in labor negotiations from the University of Michigan.
