Anne Moreau is an experienced professional in nutrition, research, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). Currently serving as Déléguée Générale de l'Institut Nutrition and Directrice de la Recherche & de l'Innovation en Nutrition at Restalliance since February 2019, Anne Moreau focuses on innovative projects to enhance the nutritional status of vulnerable populations and collaborates with researchers to advance knowledge in nutrition and health. As the founder of Anne Moreau Nutrition, Anne Moreau provides individual dietary consultations, conducts workshops on healthy cooking, and promotes sustainable practices. Previous roles include leading CSR initiatives at Avril and Lesieur, and project management experience with Danone, where Anne Moreau developed marketing strategies for nutrition products. Anne Moreau holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Communication and a BTS in Dietetics and Nutrition.
