Mitchell Kasselman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Mitchell is the Co-Founder & CEO of Ressio Software since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ServiceChannel from 2021-2022, holding positions as Marketplace Operations Manager and Senior Business Operations Associate.

Before that, Mitchell worked at McKinsey & Company from 2018-2021, starting as a Business Analyst and later becoming a Senior Business Analyst.

From 2015-2018, they worked at Woodside Distributors as a Growth Team Leader, where they managed a four-member growth team and achieved a 200% increase in sales volume while improving ordering processes.

Mitchell also worked at BOND Consulting Group from 2014-2017 as an Advisor and Former Vice President.

Mitchell gained experience as a Decision Analytics Associate Intern at ZS in 2017.

Additionally, Mitchell held various roles earlier in their career, including working as a Caddy at Green Acres Country Club, a Campus Representative for Morning Brew E-Newsletter, and a Tutor at Kasselman Tutoring.

Mitchell Kasselman completed their high school education at Glenbrook North High School from 2010 to 2014. Mitchell then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, graduating in 2018. In 2017, Mitchell also briefly attended the University of St. Gallen, where they studied Business Administration and Management.
