Krista Caldwell has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Krista is currently the General Manager for ResQ's three US Market Operations teams, where they lead initiatives to improve customer experience, increase revenue, grow the marketplace, and reduce costs. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Operations at Mindle.ai from 2018 to 2023. Krista co-founded Deepnify in 2017 and worked there until 2018. Furthermore, they have experience as a Senior Ambassador and Vancouver Host at The SalesHacker Series from 2015 to 2017. Krista also worked as a Consultant at Predictable Revenueâ„¢ Inc. from 2015 to 2017 and held key accounts positions at Tulip Retail and IntelliResponse Systems Inc from 2014 to 2015 and 2013 to 2014 respectively. Additionally, they co-founded Fleetbit from 2011 to 2013 and served as the Lead Coordinator at Dancing Bear Music Festival from 2008 to 2010. Krista has developed skills in management, business analytics, business intelligence, product strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and growth throughout their career.
