Sophie Frank began their work experience in 2012 as an intern at Franklin Communications LLC. Sophie then interned at The Office of Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand in 2014 before working as a Marketing and Business Development intern at Empowered By You later that year. In 2015, Sophie took on the role of Planned Giving and Endowment Intern at The Jewish Federations of North America, followed by a position as a Student Engagement Intern at the Bronfman Center in 2015-2016. Sophie interned at UBS as a Sherry Paul Partners Intern from February to May 2016, and then worked as an Intern at PRICEWATERHOUSE COOPERS from June to August of that same year. In 2016, Sophie became the CEO of Resprana Inc. until their departure in 2021. From October 2017 to November 2019, they worked as a Senior Associate at PwC. Sophie joined Fellow in January 2021 as a Data Analytics Manager and currently holds the position of Equity and Sustainability Business Partner.

Sophie Frank attended NYU Stern School of Business from 2013 to 2017, where they studied Finance and Economics. During their education, they obtained certifications in various areas, including Business Analytics: Data Insights, Digital Acumen, Business Analytics: Data Wrangling, and Data Tools and Visualization, all from PwC. Sophie received these certifications in February and March of 2019.
