Mary Ann Duncan Ed.D. currently serves as the Executive Vice President of School Operations at ResponsiveEd, where oversight includes managing 75 public charter campuses across four states, catering to 21,000 students. Previously, Mary Ann held the position of Superintendent of ResponsiveEd Arkansas and served as the State Director of Public Charter Schools and Home Schooling at the Arkansas State Department of Education. With extensive experience in public school administration from August 1992 to October 2005, Mary Ann has demonstrated leadership at both district and building levels. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, a Master of Arts in Education from Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Harding University, and an Associate of Arts in Social Sciences from Cerritos College.
