Lisa Taylor is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background spanning several leadership roles in various industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Responsive Education Solutions since November 2020, Taylor oversees HR functions for one of the largest charter school operators in the nation. Prior to this, Taylor held key positions including Director of Human Resources at ClubCorp and Streetlane Homes, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented for thousands of employees across multiple locations. Previous experience includes Senior Director of Employee Relations at Greystar, Vice President of Human Resources at Century Golf, and VP of Human Resources at WMC Management Company, managing significant payroll and budget responsibilities. Taylor's career began at Pearle Vision in human resources, and education was completed with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Arlington.
