Jennifer has been working in the call center industry for over 25 years. She was a member of the Quality Assurance Department and a trainer for a major technology company for 4 years. She joined the Florida location in 2008 as a supervisor and recently became Florida’s Site Manager. Her exceptional management skills have helped the Florida team to have a better understanding of what the client's expectations are and how to meet them. Jennifer’s goal is to provide outstanding service to each and every client. She believes that the customer is the most valuable asset to any company and strives for excellence with every interaction.
