Iresha Perera is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources, currently serving as the Area Manager - People and Culture at Resplendent Ceylon since September 2023. With over 18 years of experience, Iresha has held various HR leadership roles, including Human Resources Manager at Centara Hotels & Resorts and Sun Siyam Pasikudah, as well as HR Executive positions at Theme Resorts & Spas and Browns Group. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Kelaniya, and a Diploma in Counseling Psychology from the Institute of Psychology and Counseling. Additionally, Iresha is pursuing a Chartered Qualification in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
