Toriono Granger has over 25 years of work experience in engineering, product development, and commercialization. In 1995, they began their career as a Quality Engineer at Capsonic Group. Toriono then moved to Christiana Industries LLC in 1997 as a Project Engineer. In 1999, they joined Joss Design Group as an Engineering Project Manager and Senior Engineer. In 2002, they rejoined Radius Innovation & Development as Manager of Engineering/Team Leader, and then as Managing Director - Radius Chicago and Director of Engineering - Radius Chicago in 2015. From 2010 to 2020, they worked at WMS Gaming as Senior Principal Project Engineer. In 2020, they joined Simply Fractal as Director, and in 2022, they became Head of Commercialization at Qnovia, Inc.

Toriono Granger has a diverse educational background. Toriono holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they obtained in 2012. Their field of study was Strategy, Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Toriono also holds a BSME from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained in 1995. Their field of study was Mechanical Engineering. Finally, they attended Whitney Young Magnet HS.
