Adrian Tilston is an accomplished cybersecurity leader with extensive experience in bridging gaps between various organizational departments to enhance cybersecurity initiatives. Currently serving as the Cyber Practice Lead at Resourcive since September 2022, Adrian also founded 3Flatline, focusing on advanced bug hunting technology, and Charting Cyber, which provides essential information for IT and security professionals. Previously, Adrian founded Proteus Advisors, LLC, where a significant emphasis was placed on employing transitioning veterans in cybersecurity roles. With a background as a Security Engineer at Novetta and IC-1 Solutions, Adrian has developed critical software and played a pivotal role in training new professionals in the field. Adrian's journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, followed by a notable tenure as a Special Forces Officer in the Army.
