Charlie O'Farrell is an experienced Operations Director specializing in recruitment outsourcing across the APAC region, currently leading the APAC Regional Operations team at Robert Walters since July 2018. Prior roles include significant leadership positions at Pontoon Solutions, where strategic and operational acumen facilitated the management of multiple MSP and RPO workforce solutions across various sectors. O'Farrell has also operated as a Regional Account Director for Bank of America Merrill Lynch and served in recruitment roles during the London 2012 Olympics. Earlier experience includes recruitment consultancy in investment banking and high-volume recruitment for educational institutions. A graduate of the University of Southampton, O'Farrell holds a BSc in Politics & Economic History, complemented by a strong foundation in stakeholder management, resource planning, and project management.
