Mike Moore, CRVPM, has extensive experience in customer service and management, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as ERM Coordinator and Contact Center Manager at Resource One Credit Union since August 2009, Mike has previously held roles at JP Morgan Chase as a Traffic and Scheduling Analyst and Customer Service Manager from August 2005 to May 2009. Additionally, Mike worked as a Customer Service Supervisor at Alliance Data from August 2000 to August 2005 and at Southwest Airlines from May 1996 to August 2000. Mike's educational background includes studies at Delta College in 1991-1992 and Central Michigan University in 1990, along with graduating from John Glenn High School in 1990.
