Wesley Banfield is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering, software development, and research. Currently serving as Director at Research2Production Ltd. and Full Stack Developer at Resource Modeling Solutions since September 2021, Wesley has previously held positions including Engineer at CEREGE and Research Development Project Lead at ENVISOL. Prior to these roles, Wesley gained valuable experience as a Research Engineer at Seequent and completed internships as a Software Engineer at Total and ARANZ Geo, where significant contributions were made to integration projects in geomechanical workflows and geostatistics software. Wesley holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Oil and Gas / Numerical Geology from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Géologie, acquired between 2013 and 2016.
