Michael Smugala is an experienced professional in energy efficiency and outreach, currently serving as the Senior Outreach Manager for the Ameren Missouri Multifamily Program at Resource Innovations since January 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure as Director of Client Solutions for the same program at ICAST from January 2019 to December 2021, and as Senior Account Manager for Ameren Missouri CommunitySavers at ICF from April 2016 to January 2019. Earlier roles include Field Technical Sales in the Ameren Missouri Multifamily Program at Honeywell - Smart Grid Solutions from April 2010 to January 2016, and Account Manager for energy management systems at Inncom By Honeywell in late 2015. Michael Smugala holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Maryville University of Saint Louis, complemented by studies at Southeast Missouri State University.
