Koral Couch is an experienced outreach and customer service professional, currently serving as Outreach Manager at Resource Innovations since November 2022. In this role, Koral provides coaching and management to a team of market research outreach specialists and has contributed to quality control efforts as an interim consultant. Prior to this, Koral held various positions at Azurity Pharmaceuticals from June 2008 to February 2022, including Senior Manager of Customer Services and Manager of Customer Service, where responsibilities included delivering exceptional customer service, assisting sales and marketing teams, and training new staff. Koral also gained experience as a Client Relations Representative at Cintas from April 2007 to June 2008. Education was completed at Kaplan University.
