Jim Giordano, MBA, CEM, currently serves as the Principal of Operations at Resource Innovations, where leadership of the Operations team for CalMTA involves overseeing finance, contracting, and IT efforts in California's energy efficiency initiatives. Prior to this role, Jim served as Principal and Senior Project Manager at Nexant, heading the Nashville office and implementing TVA's EnergyRight Solutions programs. With a background at Schneider Electric spanning over a decade, Jim held various positions including Market Segment Manager and Senior Product Management Specialist, focusing on marketing strategies and product management for power and energy solutions. Jim holds an MBA from Belmont University and a BA in Computer Science from the University of Northern Iowa.
