Gina Eastes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program administration and business process management, currently serving as the Electric Vehicle Program Administrator at Resource Innovations since February 2021. In this role, Gina oversees multiple programs, coordinates meetings with clients, leads process improvement initiatives, and collaborates with development teams to enhance user experience. Prior to this, Gina held various positions at Nexant, including Business Process Coordinator and Senior Business Process Coordinator, where significant reductions in error rates and improvements in customer service were achieved. Gina's earlier roles also include customer service positions at Kingsbury Hall and the University of Utah, as well as internships focused on administrative support and event organization. Gina holds a BA in Political Science and a BS in International Studies from the University of Utah, and has also completed a study abroad program in Near and Middle Eastern Studies in Morocco.
