Brad Pierce has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Brad started their career as an Office Manager at Familian Northwest in 2000, where they focused on improving efficiency and managing a team of administrative employees. From 2003 to 2006, they served as an Operations Manager at Utah College of Massage Therapy, achieving significant sales and productivity growth.
In 2006, Brad joined Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Utah as a Member Services Manager, overseeing a team of 12 direct reports and 130 indirect reports. Brad was also responsible for handling all center operations and serving as the Human Resources contact for supervisors.
