Kristine Lim

Assistant Vice President - National Marketing at Resorts World Genting

Kristine Lim is currently the Assistant Vice President - National Marketing at Resorts World Genting. Kristine has over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the tourism and hospitality industry.

Kristine started their career as a Sales & Marketing Manager at SuperPark Malaysia, where they were part of the pre-opening team. Kristine was responsible for leading and managing the SuperPark brand and marketing communications plan, as well as implementing robust systems and processes. Kristine was also responsible for developing campaigns and activities for the park, conducting competitor and customer analysis, and overseeing group sales.

In May 2019, Kristine left SuperPark to become a freelance marketing consultant. Kristine worked with various clients on a range of marketing projects before taking on the role of Head of Marketing & Promotions at Berjaya Times Square Kuala Lumpur in January 2020. In this role, Kristine was responsible for managing the marketing and promotions budget, developing marketing plans and strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing customer data.

Kristine has proven herself to be an effective sales and marketing professional, with a track record of achieving results. Kristine is a strategic thinker with a creative flair, and is able to adapt their approach to suit the needs of their clients. Kristine is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, which they use to build relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues.

Kristine Lim has a Bachelor of Business Management from the National University of Malaysia. Kristine also has a certification from the Digital Marketing Institute in Certified Digital Marketing Professional. Kristine is currently pursuing their masters in marketing at the university.
