Andie Pequegnat is an accomplished R&D Manager and Sr. Laser Engineer at Memry Corporation since September 2016, with prior experience as the Director of Engineering at Smarter Alloys. A background in laser program improvement and materials processing technologies is complemented by roles at Baylis Medical Company and earlier engineering positions at Smarter Alloys, the University of Waterloo, and various internships. Andie holds a PhD in Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering, a MASc in Welding and Joining, and a BaSc in Engineering from the University of Waterloo, demonstrating a strong academic foundation that supports a deep expertise in engineering and research.
