Rafał Rolczyński is an experienced Machine Learning Engineer, currently working at Resound and Resonate Recordings since October 2020. In these roles, Rafał has led the research and development of AI-driven automation for podcast editing and created a highly accurate filler-sound classifier utilizing Transformer-based architecture. Prior to these positions, Rafał worked at Scalac, developing custom BERT language models for classifying customer reviews, and at Sigmoidal, engaging in various machine learning projects including document classification and time series forecasting. Rafał's early career includes a collaboration with Prof. Krzysztof Marasek at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, focusing on automatic speech recognition for the Polish language, and a role as a Software Engineer at iHouse Sp. z o.o., where web crawling was a primary task. Rafał holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology.
