Qasim Malik is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in unified communications and infrastructure solutions. Currently serving as Principal Solutions Architect - UC at Resonate since November 2020, Qasim has previously held key roles such as Senior Skype for Business/Microsoft Teams Architect at Conn3ct, and Senior Technical Architect - UC Lead at AlwaysON Group, where extensive expertise was developed in delivering Microsoft solutions over managed network infrastructures. Qasim's career also includes significant contributions as a Senior Technical Consultant at NAK Consulting Services Limited, Senior Infrastructure Lead at Agilisys, and various leadership positions in earlier roles, including IT Manager at MRH Solicitors. Qasim holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Networks from the University of East London.
