Justina Lloyd is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management and recruitment spanning over a decade. As the Head of People at Resonate since April 2021, Justina previously served as Head of HR at Huddle, where the focus was on enhancing collaboration to boost productivity. Prior roles include HR and Recruitment Manager at Portico Property, where Justina managed HR functions for estate agencies, and HR Adviser at Esotec, where initial HR processes were established for a startup. Justina also brought expertise as Recruitment Manager at Wilson James on a temporary basis, and as HR Manager at Digital Barriers, overseeing HR operations for a global workforce. Justina began the career as a Personal Assistant to Managing Directors at Amer Sports and Promat International. Justina holds a degree in Human Resource Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
