Justin Lawrence is a seasoned professional in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) with extensive experience in providing technical and management expertise to various organizations, including USAID and the Department of State. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Resonance since November 2018, Justin has taken on significant roles, including Senior Program Manager and Acting Chief of Party on multiple contracts. Prior to Resonance, Justin worked at QED Group, LLC, where roles included MEL Manager and Interim Chief of Party, significantly contributing to the Feed The Future initiative. Earlier experience encompasses positions at The Chicago Council on Global Affairs, Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Brighton Center, and Free The Children, showcasing a well-rounded background in research, community development, and event coordination. Justin holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from Kalamazoo College.
