Liam Coll is a Senior Systems Administrator at Resolvecall Ltd since February 2022, focused on maintaining and developing IT systems in collaboration with the Development and Infrastructure Teams, while mentoring apprentices. Previously, Liam served as Team Leader and IT Administrator at Bill Gosling Outsourcing from May 2015 to January 2022, where responsibilities included team training and system administration for UK offices. Early career experience includes a role as a Computer Repair Specialist at Centnetpro IT Limited, where skills in hardware repair and installation of various systems were developed. Liam holds an HNC in Information Technology from Reid Kerr College, completed in 2008.
