Jeffrey Nord is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in service delivery and infrastructure management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as VP Operations for Resolve Tech Solutions within the Department of Defense since September 2024, Jeffrey previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at AppGate and Senior Vice President roles at Cyxtera Technologies and Verizon Enterprise Solutions. At Verizon, Jeffrey oversaw a global organization of over 1,600 personnel, focusing on service delivery and customer support across various advanced services. Jeffrey's earlier experience at SAVVIS, Inc. included roles as Director of Service Delivery and Director of Process Coordination, where Jeffrey facilitated significant organizational restructuring and process improvements. Jeffrey holds a degree from Truman State University.
