Gustavo Lima has extensive experience in quality management and coordination, currently serving as Quality Manager and Coordinator of QSMS at Resolux Group since January 2020. Previously, Gustavo worked as a Quality Analyst at LAPON INDUSTRIA FARMACEUTICA from January 2018 to January 2020 and completed an internship in Quality Control. Additionally, Gustavo has academic research experience as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Wayne State University and as a Scientific Initiation Scholar at Universidade Federal de Pernambuco. Gustavo holds a Pharmacy degree from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco and an MBA in Quality Management and Production Engineering from IPOG, completed in 2021.
