Sara Fulcher is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Resolution Medical since January 2022, Sara previously held significant roles at Medtronic, including Vice President Finance and Division CFO for the Cardiac Ablation Solutions business, where strategic financial oversight was provided to achieve organizational goals. Prior to Medtronic, Sara worked at Honeywell as Director of Business Development and M&A, overseeing large-scale deal processes, and began their career at PwC in various capacities, including Manager of Transaction Services, specializing in M&A financial due diligence. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Spanish, both from Tulane University.
