Richard Sankovitz is an experienced mediator, arbitrator, and special master currently serving at Resolute Systems, LLC since January 2019. Prior to this role, Richard acted as a Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge for the State of Wisconsin from 1996 to 2018. Richard's extensive legal background also includes working as a shareholder at Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. from 1986 to 1996, and as an associate at Jenner & Block from 1984 to 1986. Additionally, Richard served as a judicial law clerk to Hon. Terence T. Evans in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin from 1983 to 1984. Richard holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Harvard University, has completed advanced mediator training through the Association of Attorney-Mediators, and has also received advanced mediator training from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law. Richard earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Marquette University.
