Michael McGraw has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the industrial and HVAC industry. Michael is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Resolute Industrial, where they oversee the expansion of products and services. Previously, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Mobile Air, responsible for sales and operations within the rental division of Resolute Industrial. Before that, they were the VP/GM of the Chiller Rental Business at Resolute Industrial, where they focused on team building and driving overall growth. Prior to their roles at Resolute Industrial, Michael worked at Johnson Controls, where they held positions such as Market Director and Branch General Manager. Michael also has experience in rental and modular solutions as the Director at Johnson Controls. Additionally, they worked at York International Corp and Amsted Industries in various management roles.

Michael McGraw completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology at Purdue University from 1991 to 1995. Michael then pursued their MBA in Finance at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, which they earned from 1998 to 2001. In 2015, Michael obtained a Contractor License HH1500001 in Master HVAC from the State of Indiana.
