Scott R. Martin CLA has extensive experience in conflict resolution and landscape architecture, currently serving as the Global Partnerships Manager and Lead Facilitator at Mediators Beyond Borders International since June 2011. As the Founder of The Living Christmas Company, Scott offers an eco-friendly alternative to traditional holiday trees while promoting community involvement and employment for underserved individuals. With a role as a Senior Practitioner/Mediator at Resologics since August 2015, Scott focuses on enhancing team dynamics in small businesses. Previous leadership positions include serving on the Board of Directors for the National Association for Community Mediation and as Principal at The (W)orkshop Group. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution from California State University-Dominguez Hills and a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
