Michelle Harrold is an experienced professional in the facilities management and catering sectors, currently serving as Assistant SPV Manager at Resolis since February 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle held various management positions at Mitie, including Contract Manager and Service Delivery Manager, from December 2020 to February 2023. Earlier experience includes Service Delivery Manager roles at Interserve from November 2016 to December 2020, and Client Manager at Cityserve from January 2016 to October 2016. Michelle also worked as Senior Catering Manager at Sodexo from June 2014 to January 2016, and as Catering Mobilisation Manager at Interserve from January 2012 to May 2014. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Hotel Business Management from University College Birmingham.
