Jessica Eltum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial operations and project coordination, currently serving as the Commercial Operations Contracts Lead at ResMed since November 2018. Jessica has progressed through various roles at ResMed, including Commercial Operations Specialist and Service Delivery Project Coordinator, focusing on process improvement and service implementation across multiple teams in the ANZ region. Prior to this, Jessica worked as a Customer Care Professional at Fruitful Juice and Yogurt Bar and owned a small business while also serving as a CPAP Therapy Consultant at Air Liquide. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Medical Science degree from Macquarie University, completed in 2018.
