Pushpendra Indoliya has over 18 years of work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Pushpendra is currently the Head After sales at ResMed India, responsible for overseeing the company's after-sales operations. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Service Operations at Kewaunee Scientific Corp., where they managed service operations for the company. Pushpendra also worked at PENTAX Medical India (P) Limited as a Service Manager for South Asia, responsible for overseeing service operations in the region. Before that, they served as the National Service Manager at Fresenius kabi India (P) Ltd. and Assistant Service Manager at Bausch + Lomb. Pushpendra began their career as a service engineer at KARL STORZ Endoscopy-America, Inc., where they provided technical support, installation, and maintenance services for medical equipment.

Pushpendra Indoliya attended Vikas bal vidhya peeth, Deeg from 1986 to 2000. Pushpendra then went on to earn a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from the University of Rajasthan from 2000 to 2004.
