Dawn Iwasko has extensive experience in customer service and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Customer Service Supervisor at ResinTech Inc. since January 2022, Dawn previously held various managerial and specialist roles at Window Nation from June 2018 to January 2022, including Assistant Production Manager and Customer Fulfillment Manager. At General Floor from July 2012 to June 2018, Dawn was the Manager of Customer Support and a Claims Associate, responsible for processing carpet claims. Prior to that, Dawn worked at Swets Information Services as Customer Account Manager from June 2005 to November 2011, managing numerous customer accounts. Dawn began the career at Jevic Transportation in a customer service call center role from October 2001 to June 2005, efficiently handling a high volume of calls. Education includes attendance at Audubon High School.
