Anna Rourke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy regulation and project coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at the Commission for Regulation of Utilities since October 2020, Anna has held multiple roles focusing on Energy Retail Markets, Customer Protection, and Energy Safety. Previously, at the OECD - OCDE from June 2017 to October 2020, Anna coordinated logistics for international environmental forums, managed HR matters, and contributed to research and communications efforts. Additional experience includes administrative roles at Maynooth University, Insight Centre for Data Analytics, and International Development Ireland, alongside foundational positions in sales and internships prior to 2016. Anna Rourke holds a Professional Diploma in Data Analytics, a Master’s degree in International Relations, and a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies.
