Vadim Chul has worked as a Support Engineer at Resilio, Inc. starting in November 2019. Prior to that, they were a System Administrator at ОАО Белремстройсвязь from April 2017 to September 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Consultant at Байтехсервис in February 2016.

From 2014 to 2017, Vadim Chul attended the Belarusian State Academy of Communications, where they studied information and communication technologies. During their time there, they did not obtain a specific degree. In October 2019, Vadim received certification in PHP Web Development from the EPAM Training Center at EPAM Systems. Additionally, in May 2017, they obtained certification in CISCO CCNA 1-3 from Cisco.
